You might want to take a look at your linked recipe. Step 3 says to turn the skillet off, not down to low. Later it says to cook the skillet contents, but never gives a temperature setting. I've done a "skillet cobbler" very similar to this, and it's scrumptious, excellent topped with homemade vanilla ice cream! Thanks, Gin - all fixed. Appreciate your eagle eye! PJH
