I am waiting for the second batch of this bread to rise as I type. I made this last week and we just love it! I used Penzeys Italian Herb Mix on top. After we had it warm at dinner, I froze the rest in serving-size pieces and it warmed up beautifully. When we finished it at dinner last night, I got a request to make some more. You couldn't ask for a better bread with a light summer meal. Thanks again, PJ.
