It has been in the low 100s the last few days. Cold meals, but I want to make this. No doubt it would rise fast @ 80º inside the house. It could bake in the toaster oven on the back porch or on the gas grill. Publix sells Cabot cheese and butter and I love them. Plenty of garlic and I will try the toppings--olives, Vidalia onions, and thin sliced tomatoes.
