This looks very much like the focaccia my grandmother used to make. She pronounced it, "focach" and would put a bit of olive oil on the top of the bread as well. She'd also squeeze some canned tomatoes and put a bit of them on the top of the bread and dimple it with her fingers before seasoning the bread. Thanks, I will have to try this soon!
