The bread looks yummy. And what can I say about your heat wave "up there"? Here in Houston, TX, we've been super lucky that we haven't hit 100 yet, but we're not even halfway through our summer! The humidity is ridiculous and we've had so much rain that the whole city smells like a big, wet dog. BUT, we do have A/C. Down here we wouldn't even attempt to live without it. Sweltering doesn't begin to explain it. On the flip side, we don't get your winters! If you get overwhelmed by the heat, open up the freezer & stand in front of it for a minute.
