I'm sending a lasagna home with my daughter and wanted to send her with some bread to make. Would it work to measure (by weight) all of the dry ingredients and keep in an airtight container so that she could add the wet ingredients when she wants to prepare the bread? This is so delicious and easy that I wanted to share it with her!
