these sound wonderful! Could they be made Gluten Free? Two grandchildren and my daughter have celiac and would love these. I do al ot of gluten free baking and cooking for them and would love to surprise them with this. These would probably translate pretty well to gluten free. Let us know how they work out for you. ~ MaryJane Tanja, you'd probably do best making our gluten-free blueberry muffin recipe, and leaving out the blueberries. Dip tops of finished muffins in butter and cinnamon-sugar, as the Doughnut Muffin recipe directs. Enjoy - PJH
