Has anyone made it using gluten free flour? I would love to make them but I am gluten free. I am willing to try and report back.
Just to ensure the structure works, I'd use our Gluten-Free Muffins recipe (without the fruit), using the spices (nutmeg and cinnamon) and the topping/butter in the doughnut muffins recipe - should work quite well. Enjoy - PJH
