These were simple and delicious. My batter seemed a little thinner than the pictures, but no matter, they still rose to the roof. I probably overbrowned also, but they were still fine. Had enough batter for 3 extra muffins(smaller pans?) and made sure not to cook the tops past the blonde stage. These last three were absolutely perfect in every way. Can't stop eatin'um. I love love LOVE these, Dwight - I bring them anytime I visit someone where breakfast/brunch will be involved... Glad you feel the same! PJH
