By chance I made the same recipe on the Fourth of July without looking at my e-mail. I have used this recipe many times for its simplicity and the fantastic taste. Cardamom is nice instead of nutmeg if you want a slightly different flavor. This time, I used the original recipe but added a cup of the KAF cinnamon chips. My family loved the muffins.
