Happy Birthday! I never knew that KA was almost the same age as the USA. I understand the tipping of the muffin to prevent steaming the bottom. How does that work when you use paper muffins cups, taking them from a hot muffin seems akward to me but leaving them on gives the steaming problem. What do you recommend? Happy 4th of July! Erie, I think the steaming is less if you tip them, paper cups or not...A lot of the heat will blast right through that paper. Do you seem to have trouble with soggy or leathery muffin bottoms when you use paper cups? PJH
