I know I have made these before and the recipe is on the back cover of a Baking Sheet issue. It would be from more than 10 years ago because I was living in Wyoming at the time. I will have a nice time looking back through all of my issues (from 1992) to locate it. :-) I have your doughnut pan and I'm thinking this recipe should be appropriate for the pan, yes or no? Should work in the pan, Cristina - good idea! Let us know if it does indeed work out. And yes, this was a BS recipe long ago... PJH
