Dear KAF! Happy Birthday! Employee owned companies rule! When i make muffins i usually put a chocolate square in the middle of each cup. Could i put some jam in these muffins [as in layer of dough, tsp of jam, layer of dough on top] or will the area around the jam stay raw? With chocolate there is no rawness, usually.
