Sharon, to make a gluten-free version of these muffins you could prepare the gluten-free doughnut recipe in a muffin pan, which is made with our gluten-free baking mix. Then you can use the topping recipe in this doughnut muffin recipe to get the cinnamon sugar coating that makes this recipe really decadent. To make things even easier, you could also prepare our gluten-free doughnut mix in a muffin pan and then toss in melted butter and cinnamon sugar. Yum! Happy baking! Kye@KAF
