I made these muffins this morning and although I greased and floured the tin well, they stuck quite badly and fell apart. Later I made them again using muffin liners, more spices, and added a teaspoon of raspberry jam (jelly) to each donut before baking. They have come out really well - no sticking - and are IMO good enough for my friend's bake sale;. KA recipes are always so good. Many thanks!
