I believe these have not been tried in its GF version. If you try making the conversion, yes 1:1. Do not forget to add 1/4 t. per cup of a GF flour blend to the recipe too. An extra egg is recommended also. And allow the batter to sit for about 15 minutes before baking. This is a WONDERFUL recipe so I hope it works out so you may enjoy it! Elisabeth@KAF
