For more than 100 years, absolutely, the generations of my family have used King Arthur flours. I will be 69 years old the 27th of this month, and I and my mother and grandmother before me have used ONLY King Arthur. And, perhaps, it may go even further back. Mum was a wonderful cook. We had homemade breads always, popovers, cream puffs, and, at Chrismastime, we always made dozens of cookies (one year we made 155 dozen!) to share with family and friends. And, I can still hear Mum calling after us, when we were headed to the store to buy more flour, "King Arthur, remember, ONLY King Arthur." Happy Birthday to all of U.S.!!!!!! And, I am going to try these doughnut muffins. I know my grandkids and great-grandkids (future generations of KA users) will love them!!!!!
Lauren, we thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for your loyalty, and that of your family. What a wonderful thing, to think of using one particular brand of ingredient for over a century! I'll bet there aren't that many American companies who can make that claim. I hope your descendants will go on baking with KAF for decades to come. PJH
