I remember making French Puffs in Home Ec class (35+ years ago). I've read on other blogs that others had the same experience...guess they're just a good teaching tool. I consider KAF my Home Ec class - with more freedom! Thanks for everything KAF does for the baking world - including "stirring the memories"!
