Comment for marietta - just tried it with KAF's Vanilla Pound Cake from their All Purpose Cookbook (baked for 25 mins instead of 45), and it worked extremely well! It called for just under 2 cups of flour. It didn't rise over the top; I did not put a top on it since it was a cake. Grilled it briefly on both sides, brushed on some lemon syrup/butter I had left over in the fridge, sliced strawberries down the middle...incredible! Spring is definitely here now ;) Look forward to trying it with regular yeast bread and the cornbread, too. I'm from the South, have never seen rolls like this, but it looks brilliant!
