Thanks for the suggestion, PJH. I did try that, and they didn't rise high enough for me, and 9 was too long. I think a plain 7 x 11 might be the thing; or some pan from Europe - where they have some slightly different sizes. Like 7 x 12. I'll check. Ah... well, sorry it didn't work out... PJH
