Ok, I must be one of those great minds, 'cause while I was reading this I thought of the strawberry shortcake-ish idea too! And the corndog idea sounds great. I have little kids and I think they would like "homemade" corndogs (even if they would be sort of square and not have a stick). The individual Italian stromboli sound yummy.
