I'm inspired by the creativity re: using this pan (which I've had for years and LOVE) for sweet treats. At the risk of incurring the ire of some die-hard New Englanders (I used to be one) I am going to use the KA Whoopie Pie recipe in the bun pan, and then when the chocolate "buns" are cooled, fill them with Whoopie Pie filling. You go, girl - sounds like a plan to me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE whoopies... :) PJH
