I have used this pan for 2 years, and absolutely love making homemade HD buns! We use the Beautiful Burger Buns recipe http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/beautiful-burger-buns-recipe They are simply the BEST! The "kids" (aged 22-32) ask if we are having them at every cookout. In fact, I am thinking about getting another pan, as the family has grown some. Great idea to use it for cake!!
