This pan is definitely going on my "I want one" list. I can see making yellow cake and stuffing it with strawberries and cream or a pistachio mousse. Or maybe a pumpkin cake with a cream cheese filling & nuts. Yes, this is something I want in my kitchen! Strawberries & cream was JUST what I was thinking too, Kristen. :) PJH
