I use my Virginia Roll recipe for hot dog buns in this pan. It makes very soft hot dog rolls. I steam the buns before adding the dogs which makes them more pliable and less
likely to crack at the bottom. I have an Anova Precision Oven I bake them in. I also have a 1/4" steel plate that fits the oven which I bake pizza on. I used it to lid the pan and it
worked great.
