I am curious, with all the additives malt, dried milk, and cake enhancer. Are these rolls chemical free? The reason we bake, is to get the most freshest and healthy product, with no chemical additives. I make bread, with just flour, salt, yeast and water. No additives. Why not rolls? I am not complaining, just asking...I like your products, and recipes.
