would the recipe work with heavy cream powder instead of dry milk powder? is the potato flour absolutely necessary? i understand that potato rolls are quite popular, but ... i mean, if i have to buy potato flour, i will. but, do i HAVE to? i make bread dough by hand, but i haven't baked bread in over 30 years, so i need a refresher on the instructions for hand-made dough, if you can help me out. today is my 65th birthday (and Brown v. Bd. of Education's 65th, as well)! do you have any birthday pricing deals? (it doesn't hurt to ask.)
