Finding this pan is better than finding top cut rolls in a grocery store! From the above comments it looks like the pan is on order until nearly the end of baseball season! At least the BoSox usually play post season. Oh well, we've moved, and while I've unpacked my mixer, it will probably take until the end of summer to find all of the various mixer blades, dough hooks, etc. Thank you for making this pan available! (A side note: to keep the cake flat on top, just like the bread, wet a cotton dish cloth or cotton dish towel, fold it lengthwise so it's the same width as the depth of the pan. Wrap it around the pan snugly and pin the ends together. It may be necessary to use more than one cloth. Then bake as usual. Your cake will rise evenly instead of rising in a dome in the middle of your pan. This is especially good for layer cakes because the layers will stack more easily without sliding)
