I wonder if anyone can shed some light on this one.
I received my New England Bun pan and love it, well worth the $$!
My first attempt was using the recipe at the top of this message thread and they turned out just like the photo! They were exceptionally heavy/dense though and wonder if that is the desired result. The air holes in mine are a bit smaller than shown, adding to the denseness. I used the exact recipe and the only thing I did not do is weigh the flour, but measured it. Could it be too much flour? I am also at 4500 ft asl and wondered about that, just now actually!
Not disappointed at all, believe me they taste great and my hot dogs will thank me!
