I put the ingredients RIGHT into the pan of my old Welbilt bread machine on DOUGH cycle in the order of this blog; (rather than in the order of my machine's Manual-which I generally DO for most recipes) and walked away until I heard the 5 Beeps! Came back 2 hrs or so later to a perfectly kneaded and risen dough which literally FILLED my Brand-New KA NE Hot Dog Roll Pan JUST RIGHT the 1st time after gently deflating and stretching! I am in LONG-OVERDUE Yankee Heaven with these rolls!!! As a Massachusetts gal (who worked at Howard Johnson's Corporate in Braintree and grew up on food @ The Clam Box on Wollaston Beach) and now living in FL...For the last 16 years, I've been "making due" with round buns that inevitably break in two! (If you put anything but DRY Saurkraut, relish or onions on your dog; or a single-milimeter too-thick bratwursrt or Italian Sausage on 'em-ugghhh!); WHO said, "You Can't go HOME again"?? I am THERE!!!
