Made the recipe for New England HD buns, but modified it with 1 cup fed sourdough starter & 1/2 c milk instead of water & powdered milk (l'm lactose intolerant). I also reduced the yeast to 1 tsp and so far, the buns came out great. Gonna have them tonight as foundation for philly cheese steak sandwiches. Can't wait!!
Also, first time I used my new pan and I LOVE it!! Next try will be with cake!!
