Living in Florida, these rolls cannot be found and I have purchased online but shipping is expensive. I recently purchased the NE Hot Dog Roll pan and made the rolls. The recipe was fairly easy to follow and the rolls baked up nice. They were a bit dense and yeasty (my daughter's comment). After the 1st rise, I deflated and stretched out into the pan, the dough filled up much of the pan and rose slightly above the rim. I put a sheet pan on as described with 2 cast iron pans. My question is that I think I could use less dough next time, maybe 2/3 of the dough to get less dense rolls. What do you think? Thanks. Sure, give it a try; sometimes it takes a couple of tries to tailor a yeast recipe to your own climate and kitchen. Glad you like the rolls - PJH
