We live at altitude, approx 6000 ft ... I followed the recipe for New England Hot Dog buns ... tasted great, but dough was 'heavy', not light as I had anticipated. Is there a high altitude adjustment for this recipe? On the recipe page, scroll down to find the link to the "high-altitude baking".
