This is the motivation I need to start making hummus instead of buying it! We usually buy a big tub from Costco and it keeps quite a while once opened. How long will homemade keep in the fridge? About a week? Sarah, can't tell you specifically, but I'm surprised bow long my homemade hummus stays good in the fridge. I'd say, 2 to 3 weeks? The thing is, it's so easy to make, there's no need to make tons of it at once - make enough for 1 week, then make it again. it's REALLY fast. Enjoy - PJH
