My favorite hummus is red pepper hummus. How would you add to your recipe? Bobbie, I'd think you could roast red peppers enough to soften; peel if you don't like any charred bits; then proceed with the recipe, using red peppers instead of garbanzos. Or use half garbanzos, half roasted red peppers? PJH
