I am so excited by this posting. My niece is arriving in one week and she needs gluten-free food, so this is definitely on my list to serve just for her. She is moving to Costa Rica with her family and i am going to arrange for a shipment of your gluten-free mixes to arrive when they move into their new home in a couple of months.
