Hi Amy, yes, you can absolutely par-bake the crusts and store them in your freezer to be used later. When par-baking, you'll want to make sure that the crust is baked through, but not brown on top. This might take a minute or two longer than the initial 8-10 minute bake time called for in the recipe. For more on freezing pizza dough, check out this blog post
