You sure could use this pizza dough to make sausage rolls, Phyllis! We wouldn't recommend par-baking the dough and then trying to roll it up though. We'd suggest rolling out the dough on a piece of parchment paper to the desired thickness, then spreading your filling on (be sure to pre-cook the sausage!), and baking for about 25 to 35 or until baked through.
