Me and my teenage son have to eat gluten-free. This recipe turned out amazing. I can't believe he actually preferred my sauce less olive oil, fresh garlic and shredded zucchini pizza topped with feta, mozzarella and parmesan to his normal pizza. The flour is great. I use it in the bread machine to make truly wonderful bread. Thank you!!!!
