Dave, try subbing 1 cup of non-diary milk of your choice (rice, nut or soy) in place of the water in the recipe, omitting the buttermilk or milk powder. Just remember to warm it up so that it helps to activate the yeast in the same way warm water would do. Mollie@KAF
