This is seriously the BEST pizza crust I've ever had...it's better than the regular "gluten" crusts that I've made. I spread mine (you must have super wet hands and keep rewetting them) on a 10 x 15 jelly roll pan and it was perfect! Love the consistency of the crust and tastes great. LOVE IT!!!!
