To make this recipe dairy-free, you can use 1/2 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk and 1/2 cup of water (instead of 1 cup of water) and eliminate the buttermilk power or nonfat dry milk powder. Just be sure to use an unsweetened, unflavored variety for best results. Happy pizza baking! Kye@KAF
