This recipe is a great contestant for a frozen make-ahead dinner. Prepare the recipe as instructed through the step where the crust is pre-baked (without toppings) for 8-10 minutes. Allow the crusts to cool completely and then wrap in plastic or store in freezer-safe bags (for up to 3 months). Take the crusts out the night before you want to bake them and place them in the fridge overnight to thaw. Let them come to room temperature about 2-4 hours before baking. They should be room temperature before you add your toppings--then go ahead and finish baking the pizzas and enjoy! If increasing the recipe, double all the ingredients but use 2 1/2 teaspoons of yeast rather than a full 3. This will keep the dough from doubling too quickly. Good luck and happy baking! Kye@KAF
