I had such high hopes for this crust. I usually use Namaste Foods pizza crust and it never fails me. But I've missed yeasted breads and pizza since going GF. I'm sorry to say this left me completely disappointed. The dough never once looked like picture. I really do believe more than 1C of water is needed in this recipe. I may try it again with more water...but this came out like a frisbee. Back to Namaste foods pizza crust I go... Thanks for the feedback, JB. We do hope you'll give the recipe another try. ~ MJ
