My daughter is a vegan as well as gluten-free. Do you think not adding the dry buttermilk would make a huge difference? If so, is there something I can add that's vegan? You can leave out either of the milk powders and just use water in this recipe. Thanks for asking - happy baking! Irene @ KAF
