Mmm, yum ... I have some dried figs sitting around with no particular place to go (bought them to experiment with gluten-free, low calorie granola bars - still working on it. Gluten-free (check), low calorie (check), flavor (check), binding (not so much)). So, the figs need a home until then. I love the idea of the batter sitting around in the fridge for a week or two. Makes breakfast on the run a snap (baking the night before, of course). Thanks for sharing!
