I've made these about 4 times. Love them, but have been fiddling with the recipe. I add lots of chopped walnuts, some molasses and about 1/2 cup minced ginger. Everyone loves them and I will probably add more ginger in future! I've tried so many recipes and this one is the best (I made it by the book the first time).
