Yes, Mary Jane, I used high quality Dutch process cocoa. I need to serve the cake tomorrow night so I think I'll put a thick chocolate fudge frosting on it to give it some taste. Sorry! I'm sorry too Sue. I hope you do give it a try again sometime. ~ MaryJane
