I just took this out of the oven and it is SO cool! I couldn't wait to slice it and sure enough, it looks just like your picture. And it was a cinch to make. We're going to try it naked at first, but will probably frost it next time. Do you guys have a preference as far as icing type/flavor? Thanks! I like vanilla or chocolate for the icing, but it would also go well with mocha. ~ MaryJane
