Mary D. May 25, 2010 at 4:19pm Would the cake turn out properly "IF" Splenda was substituted for the full amount of sugar? Thank you. The Splenda web site suggests substituting for not more than 25% of the sugar called for in cakes. We haven't tried it, so I don't know. Mary@ KAF Reply
